Refund & Return Policy

Return Period:
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@espressoarena.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@espressoarena.com.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
