We grow our Pears in Italy, and with almost 40% of the puree being fresh Italian grown pears you can taste the texture of the pears in the puree. Superb for cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, shakes and much more. ODK purees go a long way, and last 3 months once opened. You don’t need a lot of puree to flavour your drinks and you’ll have almost zero wastage. The puree suspends very well in cocktails, so you’re guaranteed to get a great tasting drink all the way until the last sip.
