This powerful, fast-dissolving detergent is a staple in professional coffee settings. Ideal for daily backflushing, it effectively removes residual coffee oils and deposits from group heads, valves, and portafilters—helping maintain optimal performance and extraction quality.

Usage Instructions:

• Backflushing:

  1. Insert a blind filter and add up to ½ teaspoon (approx. 3 g) of Cafiza powder per group.

  2. Run brew cycle for 10 seconds, pause 10 seconds—repeat this 5 times.

  3. Remove portafilter and rinse with running water.

  4. Re-insert blind filter without cleaner, repeat steps 1–2.

  5. Run a purge shot to ensure no residue remains.

• Soaking:
  Soak metal components (portafilters, filters) for 30 minutes in a solution of 1 teaspoon (approx. 6 g) Cafiza per 1 L of hot water, then rinse thoroughly.
