ODK Lime Juice is 100% not from concentrate, and squeezed from selected limes grown in the perfect climate in South America. Superb for cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, shakes and much more. With a full month shelf life once opened, in 99.9% of bars, this product will never be thrown away because it has expired. We only add one ingredient – an antioxidant used widely in the wine industry to stop our juice spoiling but without affecting the product’s flavour. That’s why high end bars are moving over to ODK’s citrus juices. You can use ODK 100% not from concentrate lime juice just as you would use freshly squeezed. Just take off the cap and pop in a pour spout.
